Return & Exchange Policy

Our Heartfelt Guarantee - We've taken great care in creating some amazing products that we hope will charm, surprise and delight you.  We love each and every item and sincerely hope you will, too.  If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with any product you receive, please send us a message (or give us a call) to discuss options that are available to you, less shipping/handling charges.

 

Original and Return Shipping Fees are not refundable.  We do not pay for Return Shipping Fees.  Ever.  While we really don't like to use the word "BUT" ...  because of the nature of our products, we can not accept returns/exchanges of personal care items that have been opened, damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use.  Products that have been opened will not be accepted for return.  No exceptions.  Replacement or exchange of a product is at our discretion and not a choice.  Please understand, if your order is accepted for a return, you will be charged a 15% restock fee (deducted from your refund amount).

 

Should you choose to cancel your order prior to its shipping, a 15% cancellation & restock fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note:   gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded.
